SMS Campaigner
One of the main uses of an SMS Gateway, is the mass sending of bulk SMS. Be it as a promotional campaign or a substitute for mass-mailing, there's a growing demand for sending large amounts of text messages. It is the preferred means of transmitting information, as most people carry their cell phone wherever they go and in most cell phones, in order to read the message all they need to do is look at the screen when it arrives. These facts make the text message ideal for dissemination of messages, be they commercial in nature or informative. There are even government agencies around the world that use a text message as part of the emergency broadcast system, to send messages about emergencies.
Whatever Your needs are, the Campaigner software package and license saves You the need to have an external server take the names and phone numbers You have and turning them into a successful campaign. You also do not need to give those to a 3rd party service, compromising your client data-base and sensitive business information. You just need that data in a CSV file and you're all set.
Another major advantage is that if You need the Gateway only for campaigns or mass-messaging to a recipients list, You do not need external hardware or additional software developed and tested. The Campaigner's been designed to seamlessly integrate with the Gateway and is 100% fully compatible with it.
Main features:
- A "personal" section, where you can send out a single message to multiple users and groups from an address book, instead of creating a full campaign.
- Create multiple and independent users who can create, send, and manage their own campaigns.
- IMR - the ability to have the recipients of the campaign's messages send one of several preconfigured replies (with an option for a "catchall" reply) and send out a different message, based on the reply. You can also have detailed statistics of the replies received, in an easy-to-read pie chart.
- Ability to configure an opt-out reply, that will prevent the recipient from getting any further messages.
